to work with Fannie Mae's AMN system. You can use our system to fill out all of the required forms for HECM properties. You can also complete single and multi-family BPO's using our system. |

First complete the HECM BPOOnce the BPO is complete and ready to submit, click on the export button. Illustrated below: 
Enter a name to save the fileThe name is not important, but use a name you will remember. Maybe the address of the property. Click export and a zip file is downloaded to your computer. Do not open or uncompress the zip file. Important note for Safari Users: You need to change the settings in safari. Safari will automatically unzip files when downloaded. Go to preferences, uncheck open safe files after downloading. 
Log into Fannie Mae's AMN systemLogin to Fannie Mae's AMN system using your credentials. Here is a link to their site. Fannie Mae AMN. 
Check for new BPO ordersImportant! If you see, "NEW!" next to the link for View New 85 Day Update BPO Orders, click on the link. 
Click on the Outstanding BPO Orders LinkNow you can click on the oustanding BPO orders link. 
Click on the Upload BPO LinkIf you currently have multiple HECM properties, make sure you click on the Upload BPO link for the property you are submitting. 
Click on the Upload the FileClick on choose file and select the zip file we saved earlier in the process. Then click on the upload the file button. 
SuccessIf there are no issues, you should reach the success page. If there are issues, read the error message, go back to AMNforms.com to correct the issue and re-export the file.
